The grounds are stunning, almost like stepping into a tropical paradise, complete with a beautiful pool and lotus flower pond. The dining options were enjoyable, but there were some challenges with communication that impacted our overall experience. While the potential for a perfect getaway is certainly there, it felt like it was hampered by some poor maintenance and inconsistent service.
